Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Dip tomatoes in boiling water, then remove the skin, cut into quarters, scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Cut off the tomatoes, anchovies and olives. Heat oil, sauté peeled garlic cloves until brown, remove from oil. Add tomatoes and sauté for 15 min in open saucepan. Add anchovies, olives and capers, cook for another 10 min. Season the sauce with salt and ginger. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti al dente for 8 min in enough salted water.

Sprinkle the sauce with parsley and serve with the hot spaghetti.
