For the curd strudel, melt the butter, stir in remaining ingredients. Remove the puff pastry from the package, spread the filling on 2/3 of the dough and roll it up.
Brush with egg and bake at 160 °C hot air for approx. 30 – 45 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
You can also prepare the curd strudel with raisins, sliced apricots, cherries, etc.
