For the pepper steaks, first flatten the fillet steaks slightly so that they are still about 2 cm thick. Place peppercorns between parchment paper and crush with a pastry roller. Rub the steaks with it.
Place on the hot grill grate, slide under the preheated grate and grill first from one side, then the other, for about 7 minutes. While grilling, brush the pepper steaks with oil from time to time.
