Instructions:

For the pickled salmon with red beets, first wash and dry salmon fillet.

Peel beet and grate into large pieces using a grater.

Mix sugar with vodka and TABASCO® Brand Pepper Sauce and rub into salmon fillet. Sprinkle generously with sea salt.

Mix beets with freshly chopped dill and rub salmon with it. Again, sprinkle everything with coarse sea salt.

Sprinkle salmon with a few sprigs of chervil last. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Cut the pickled salmon with beet into thin slices with a sharp knife.
