Instructions:

For Raunigel, first preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.

Beat the eggs until frothy. Sift together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. First add sugar, salt and milk to the eggs, then briefly stir in the flour mixture. Spread the batter on the baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes. Then allow to cool.

In the meantime, for the glaze, melt coconut oil and stir in the rest of the ingredients (except the cocosette).

Cut the dough into cubes and dip them in the glaze. Immediately roll the Raunigel in the coconut oil.

Preparation Tip:
