1. preheat the stove to 200 °C. Remove excess fat and skin from chicken pieces. Mix garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, tarragon on a large flat parchment paper or plate. Brush mustard onto chicken with a pastry brush. Then carefully turn chicken pieces in breadcrumb mixture to the other side.
Place the breaded chicken pieces in a roasting pan and cook for 30 to 40 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Bring to the table hot or cooled down.
