Instructions:

For the cauliflower pan, cut the cauliflower very small. Chop onion, chili bell pepper, garlic, broccoli, carrot and bell bell pepper.

Heat oil, sauté onion and garlic. Add vegetables, chili and ginger and fry. Add soup and juice and cook for 10 minutes.
