For the honey cookies, mix flour and baking powder and put in a mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix well with the dough hook.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Form into thin rolls on lightly floured work surface, then cut off 4-5 cm long “noodles”. Place these not too tightly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180° top bottom heat for 12-15 minutes.
Let the honey cookies cool on the paper and then store them in a tin to soften.
Preparation Tip:
If the honey cookies do not soften, add some apple slices to the tin.
