For the peach cake, beat the yolks, butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in almonds, chocolate and breadcrumbs. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Pour into a buttered pan and cover with sugared peaches. Bake the peach cake slowly and then sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
