Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients except the powidl until lukewarm and chill the dough for one hour.

Then roll it out on a floured tray and cut out triangles. Brush with Powidl and turn into Zipferl. Brush with beaten egg.

Place on a greased baking tray and bake the Powidl-Zipferl in the oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the Powidl-Zipferl thickly with powdered sugar.
