For the semolina casserole, whisk together eggs, salt and sugar. Mix semolina with baking powder and stir in.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until light brown. Heat the milk with the vanilla sugar and pour over the casserole.
Bake the semolina casserole until the milk is completely absorbed.
