For the pickled sausage, peel and slice the crackers and onion. Clean and slice the bell bell pepper.
Mix with salt, pepper, 7-herb salt, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and let stand for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve with fresh pastries or brown bread.
Preparation Tip:
If you don't have paprika at home, make the vinegar sausage classically without it.
