Instructions:

For the wild nuts, remove fat and tendons from meat and cut into 1 cm thick slices.

Mix schnapps, juniper berries, paprika and salt to a marinade and put the meat slices in it for about 2 hours. Remove, dry with kitchen paper and fry in hot oil on both sides in a pan. Let the wild nuts rest briefly and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the wild nuts with potato croquettes and cranberries.
